This is how it works...

Step 1 - In Home Consultation

At our initial consultation we will discuss design concepts, layout, and products that you may have on your ‘wish list’. It is also important at this stage to discuss a rough budget for the renovation project. We will also run through an explanation of the renovation process with you.

Step 2 - Presentation of design & quotation

We will present a design and fully itemised fixed price quotation for the bathroom renovation project including specification of fittings and fixtures. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible design solution within your budget range. There is flexibility with the selection of fittings and any changes to fittings are easily managed at this point. Once we have finalised the design and choice of fittings we will schedule a start date for the renovation work.

Step 3 - Commencement of Renovation

The beginning of your bathroom transformation gets underway! The renovation process starts with property protection where we will lay protective coverings to required floor areas to protect them during the renovation. The existing bathroom fittings are removed and any items you may wish to keep are put aside. The project manager will coordinate with our team of tradesmen and suppliers to ensure that fittings, materials and tradespeople are on site when required and our high standards are maintained.

Step 4 - Completion of Renovation

After a thorough site cleanup all excess materials and the skip bin are removed from site. The project manager will give your bathroom a final detailed inspection to ensure the finished bathroom is ready for handover.
